Steps to make 盐水鸭胗

  • 1.在鸭胗中放入适量的盐;
  • 2.用力搓, 特别是皱折处;
  • 3.再用流水清洗干净;
  • 4. 锅中放入适量的水,加入鸭胗,再放入姜片、葱段、花椒、干辣椒、八角、桂皮、香叶、料酒和适量的盐;
  • 5.盖上盖, 大火煮开, 小火煮上半个小时;
  • 6. 煮好后捞出放凉, 切成片;
  • 7.再加入适量的香菜、洋葱、花生、蒜末、红辣椒、白醋、盐、花椒粉和辣椒油;
  • 8.搅拌均匀即可;
  • 9.端上桌啦。
