“麻辣鸡丝”是川菜中的经典小凉菜,其味道麻、辣、鲜、香,非常爽口,也特别的开胃下饭。这道菜的做法极为简单,只需将鸡肉煮熟后撕成细条,再浇上调料汁即可完成,不仅味道好,卖相也很不错,能为你的餐桌增色不少哟!

Steps to make 麻辣鸡丝

  • 1.鸡胸肉洗净备用。
  • 2.将鸡胸肉凉水入锅,加入姜片和料酒一起煮15分钟左右至熟。
  • 3.煮好后捞出放凉。
  • 4.鸡胸肉用刀背拍几下,顺着肉的纹理撕成细细的鸡丝。
  • 5.将撕好的鸡丝放入碗中。
  • 6.小碗中放入味极鲜、米醋、糖、盐。
  • 7.加3勺煮鸡胸肉的汤。
  • 8.再加入花椒油、辣椒油。
  • 9.放少许熟白芝麻。
  • 10.将调料搅拌均匀后浇到鸡丝上。
  • 11.撒点黄瓜丝点缀,吃时拌匀即可。
