Steps to make 爆炒海螺片

  • 1.说是玉鲍,其实是海螺。
  • 2.把海螺半解冻。
  • 3.切薄片。
  • 4.木耳泡发洗净。
  • 5.荷兰豆摘洗干净。
  • 6.蒜剁末,姜切片。
  • 7.煮一锅开水,把海螺片分批汆烫5-6秒。
  • 8.热油锅,把蒜姜爆香。
  • 9.放木耳炒。
  • 10.放荷兰豆炒至断生。
  • 11.放海螺片和蚝油。
  • 12.快速炒匀即可。(海螺片氽烫和炒时间不能太长,否则口感会很韧。)
  • 13.脆脆的口感,非常鲜美。
