苦中带甜——苦瓜汤圆
苦瓜有明目、解毒的功效,把它做进汤圆也挺不错的,今天用了自己做的松子芝麻馅,很香。我们老家有冬至吃汤圆的习俗,吃了冬至汤圆就要长一岁了,虽然不情愿长大,但是这汤圆还是要吃的!

    Steps to make 苦中带甜——苦瓜汤圆

    • 1.先制作馅料,黑芝麻锅里小火炒香
    • 2.放入松子仁一起炒
    • 3.然后放入料理机打成松子芝麻粉
    • 4.将松子芝麻粉放入碗中,拌入猪油即成松子芝麻馅
    • 5.苦瓜切成段,去掉里边白白的一层
    • 6.将苦瓜切片放入料理机加一点水打成苦瓜汁,用筛网过滤掉渣
    • 7.拌入糯米粉
    • 8.揉成糯米团
    • 9.将糯米面团搓成长条,再分成小份,松子芝麻馅也搓成小圆
    • 10.拿一块糯米面团按扃,放上一颗松子芝麻馅
    • 11.收口搓圆
    • 12.做好的汤圆下入沸水煮至浮起
    • 13.碗里放适量桂花糖,用开水泡开
    • 14.苦瓜汤圆捞进即成
