日式煎海苔土豆饼
土豆蒸熟与土豆淀粉和成面团,包上海苔片煎熟后呈微微半透明状。吃起来有些许嚼劲,很Q很弹牙,海苔片加热过后鲜味更弄,和土豆的味道完美的结合变成了海鲜味哈哈。
可以搭配美乃滋、蛋黄酱、沙拉酱、番茄酱、我喜欢千岛酱。是很不错的一款休闲小吃啦~给孩子煎上几个保证能乐开花~

Steps to make 日式煎海苔土豆饼

  • 1.土豆去皮切片蒸熟
  • 2.土豆趁热用勺子背压成细腻的土豆泥
  • 3.土豆泥中倒入马铃薯淀粉、一点盐、一点胡椒粉、一点海鲜粉、搅拌均匀和成柔软的面团
  • 4.将面团捏成圆柱形,切成1CM左右厚的圆片,稍稍整形
  • 5.海苔片剪成适合的大小,长度比土豆饼的直径稍稍长一点点即可
  • 6.海苔片包在土豆饼上
  • 7.平底锅烧热后放少许油,将土豆饼煎至两面金黄
  • 8.放入一点黄油稍煎片刻即可~
