【广东】自制草莓酱
草莓,一般在温暖阳光充足的南方种植较多,一到年底,郊外的草莓园有很多,正值草莓季节,带上小朋友去地里摘摘草莓,采摘的草莓不易保存,因此熬制成0添加的草莓酱,味道好极了。

Steps to make 【广东】自制草莓酱

  • 1.鲜草莓去蒂,浸泡洗净后一分为四。
  • 2.切好的草莓撒上白砂糖静置1-2小时。
  • 3.待草莓泡软,析出了果胶。
  • 4.准备冰糖,柠檬半个挤出柠檬汁。
  • 5.泡软的草莓倒入不粘锅内,加入适量冰糖,中火烧开。
  • 6.慢慢翻拌至冰糖融化。
  • 7.边煮边用锅铲轻压。
  • 8.待草莓都煮烂冰糖煮化了加入适量柠檬汁提味。
  • 9.放至微温时装入玻璃瓶内入冰箱保存。
  • 10.抹在吐司上味道棒棒哒。
  • 11.完成。
