南瓜米饭煎蛋饼

Steps to make 南瓜米饭煎蛋饼

  • 1.南瓜洗净,切开,挖去籽
  • 2.入蒸锅,大火蒸10分钟,蒸到熟透,将南瓜肉挖出。如果是比较大的南瓜,切块蒸也可以
  • 3.将南瓜和少许倒入破壁机中,加少许牛奶,搅碎成米糊
  • 4.取出后,再加适量米饭和糖,拌匀。如果太稀不好成型,也可以再加少许淀粉
  • 5.电饼铛预热,刷油,挖一块儿用锅铲摊平,将底部烙脆
  • 6.翻面,上面打一个鸡蛋,电饼铛上下火同时加热至八成熟即可
