吉野家招牌牛肉饭
儿子的美术课自从改为周六上午以后,周六的午饭就必须在外面解决了,12点下课,1:15上乐理课,中间就一个小时多点的时间,回家吃饭根本来不及,他也喜欢在外面吃饭,美其名曰换口味。于是乎,课堂周边的饭店几乎快吃遍了,都市快车、吉野家、麦当劳、肯德基、加州牛肉面、山西刀削面......他乐得在外面吃,我也乐得轻松,一般情况下,他们爷俩一出门,俺也跟着出门,要么逛街、要么洗澡、美容,或者干脆在家网游,不用忙叨做午饭的日子也挺美好哈!

    那天儿子回家叨咕吉野家的招牌牛肉饭好吃,算计哪天上课再去吃一次。老妈我一听儿子还有念念不忘的美食,心里可高兴了,哈!我儿子也有对食物感兴趣的时候,不容易啊!等到下星期再去吃,那还要七天呐,有老妈我在,哪用等待那么长时间,不就是招牌牛肉饭么,老妈做给你吃!

    不吹牛能死不?哈哈,答曰不能!照猫画虎可是俺的必杀技之一,肯德基的东西已经被俺复制多次了,每次都很成功,这让俺的虚荣心极度膨胀,大有睥睨天下美食的趋势哈(这个可真是吹牛了)!

Steps to make 吉野家招牌牛肉饭

  • 1.牛肉片用刀切小点,冻着的时候很好切。元葱、胡萝卜洗净切丝。
  • 2.炒锅加少许油烧热,放元葱丝和胡萝卜丝翻炒。
  • 3.加料酒、糖、酱油炒匀后填清汤煮开,汤不要太多,稍微没过原料一点即可。
  • 4.煮开后放入牛肉片煮至变色,加盐调味后关火,盛出来盖在饭上开吃。
