  • 1.韭菜洗净控水,鸡蛋和粉条备用。

  • 3.粉条烫软,鸡蛋炒碎,韭菜和粉条切碎。
  • 4.放入五香粉,淋少许熟油拌匀,包的时候加盐调味。
  • 5.醒好的面搓条改刀同等大小的剂子擀皮。
  • 6.放入适量韭菜鸡蛋馅包起来。
  • 7.依次包好放入笼屉上。
  • 8.锅中入水煮沸,放入饺子上气后压蒸十五分钟。
  • 9.碗中放入蒜泥,辣椒粉,芝麻和花椒粉用热油淋入激出香味儿。
  • 10.加醋,酱油,盐搅拌均匀即可。
  • 11.时间到后关火盛出装盘。
