海苔苏打饼干
俺家小主想起吃咸味的饼干,我就做了这个海苔苏打饼,海苔碎与芝麻的浓香混合在一起,那真是很耐人回味的哦!

  • 3克
  • 低筋粉220克
  • 小苏打1/8勺
  • 海苔碎2克
  • 砂糖20克
  • 蛋液40克
  • 泡打粉1/8勺
  • 白芝麻20克

Steps to make 海苔苏打饼干

  • 1.1、将黄油室温下充分软化,加入砂糖;
  • 2.加入低筋粉;
  • 3.3、用手将黄油与低粉、砂糖充分拌匀,并搓成像玉米粒样的粗粒;
  • 4.在粗粒面粉里加入白芝麻、海苔碎;
  • 5.5、将粗粒面粉与芝麻、海苔碎混合后,加入蛋液,和成光滑的面团;
  • 6.将面团擀成3~4mm的面片,再用切模切出饼干;
  • 7.将饼干移至烤盘中;
  • 8.烤箱预热后,放入烤盘,180度,烤制20分钟即可。
