Steps to make 蒜蓉蒸鲍鱼

  • 1.小鲍鱼清洗外壳。
  • 2.用小刀沿边划一圈,把肉和壳分离,摘除内脏。(右边那软软的部分)
  • 3.用刷子刷干净表面黑黑的脏东西。
  • 4.切花刀。
  • 5.蒜姜去皮剁末,越细越好。
  • 6.把姜蒜末放碗里,放入盐和油拌匀。
  • 7.把姜蒜末铺放在鲍鱼上。
  • 8.放入开水锅,大火蒸4-5分钟。
  • 9.葱丝放冷水里泡一会,使其打卷。
  • 10.把葱趁热放在蒸好的鲍鱼上。
  • 11.鲜美脆口。
