Steps to make 泰式柠檬鱼

  • 1.准备好所有食材
  • 2.自制泰式酸辣酱:先将芹菜、香菜和辣椒切成颗粒状,放进碗里之后挤入柠檬汁,和鱼露、糖、盐、香油、料酒一起搅拌均匀
  • 3.鲈鱼用米酒腌制备用
  • 4.生姜和葱白摆盘
  • 5.鱼放入蒸盘里,浇上酸辣酱
  • 6.高温蒸汽180摄氏度,15分钟
  • 7.蒸完取出,将柠檬片和香菜撒在上面就可以了。
