Steps to make 蜜汁叉烧

  • 1.将里脊肉浸泡出血水,洗净沥干水份,准备好所有材料。
  • 2.用牙签在里脊肉上扎些小孔。
  • 3.加姜片和料酒抹匀腌制。
  • 4.将叉烧酱和蚝油、食盐调匀,均匀的抹在里脊肉上。
  • 5.加一小匙红曲粉用手揉搓几分钟,使其上色。
  • 6.使调料能够融入进肉肉里面。
  • 7.盖上保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏一至两天,期间最好能拿出来重新抓匀揉搓,使它更加入味。
  • 8.预热烤箱上火160℃,下火210℃,热风旋转模式蜂蜜加少许清水调匀,刷在里脊肉表面。
  • 9.将里脊肉放烤网上中层,下面放烤盘垫油纸。
  • 10.烤20—30分钟左右,具体看自家烤箱温度。
  • 11.待凉后切片,色泽鲜艳,肉质鲜嫩,简单易做。
  • 12.摆盘即可开吃。
