  • 豆瓣酱2勺
  • 黄豆酱油1勺
  • 大喜大鸡精1茶匙
  • 少许
  • 八角1个
  • 花椒10粒

Steps to make 回锅肉

  • 1.准备上好的猪五花肉两块。
  • 2.将猪五花肉放入开水锅中,加葱姜碎、花椒十粒、八角1个调味,倒入料酒去腥,盖锅煮十分钟,捞出,冷凉。
  • 3.将冷凉的五花肉,切簿片,备用。
  • 4.蒜苗十根,摘洗净,切滚刀小段,备用。
  • 5.热锅上油,爆香葱姜碎,加入2勺量的豆瓣酱。
  • 6.加入1勺郫县辣豆酱。
  • 7.倒入五花肉片,煸炒出油。
  • 8.加1勺量的黄豆酱油及少许热水,盖锅两分钟。
  • 9.待肉入味,将蒜苗倒入。
  • 10.调入少许盐。
  • 11.调入1茶匙大喜大鸡精,翻炒均匀,即可出锅。
