  • 融化的黄油30克
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 金龙鱼蛋糕粉220克

Steps to make 海苔肉松饼

  • 1.1.材料备齐,猪油室温软化。
  • 2.2.油皮材料全部放入面包机揉面。
  • 3.3.揉出薄膜后滚圆松弛30分钟。
  • 4.4.油酥材料混合揉成团,包保鲜膜冰箱冷藏松弛30分钟。
  • 5.5.内馅材料混合均匀,分割成20份。
  • 6.6.油皮,油酥分割成15克/个,约20个小球。
  • 7.7.油皮擀成圆片,包住油酥球。
  • 8.8.将面团擀成牛舌状,从上往下卷起。盖保鲜膜松弛15分钟。
  • 9.9.再次擀开,长度和擀面杖差不多就行,太长容易混酥!
  • 10.10.卷起,再松弛15分钟。
  • 11.11.两端向中间对折,压扁。
  • 12.12.擀成圆片,包肉松馅,捏紧封口。
  • 13.13.压扁些放入学厨9055烤盘中,表面刷蛋黄液,撒黑芝麻装饰!
  • 14.14.柏翠5400烤箱中层180度,烘烤30分钟,表面上色合适就及时盖锡纸,避免上色过深!
  • 15.15.出炉脱模放凉即可!
