  • 1.剩米饭装进砂锅内(八分满的样子),放少许水,压实。
  • 2.胡萝卜切丝码在上面。
  • 3.锅内放入清水加盐和油,烧开放入西兰花。
  • 4.焯熟捞出备用。
  • 5.腊肉切片,水煮熟捞起备用。
  • 6.煎鸡蛋。
  • 7.码好,胡萝卜丝上淋上少许橄榄油。
  • 8.盖上盖子,中火烧二分钟转小火慢焖三分钟立即关火焖一会。
  • 9.码上煎蛋,西兰花,烤肠,沿砂锅边沿淋上一点金兰酱油即可。
  • 10.拌匀开动。
