葱油饼
第一次尝试做葱油饼,味道还是不错的。

    Steps to make 葱油饼

    • 1.1、盆中放入适量的面粉,倒入温水,边倒水边用筷子搅拌,直至面粉成片状,烙饼,面可以和的稍软一些。2、将面团揉至表面光滑,盖上保鲜膜放置20分钟左右。
    • 2.3、在醒面的同时可以准备配料。竟小葱洗净,切成葱花;胡萝卜切成丝,然后再切成小碎末。(我自己创意的放点胡萝卜,不仅颜色好看,也有营养。)
    • 3.4、面醒好后,再肉一会儿,然后擀成一个大面皮,抹上一层油,均匀的撒上盐、胡椒粉、胡萝卜碎、葱花。(挺漂亮的吧!就是面板太小了)
    • 4.5、将面皮从两端卷起,卷好后切成小段(我切的短有点大),然后把两端捏上,防止油和配料出来。
    • 5.卷成小卷,或者将其中一小段压成饼都可以,随便你想怎么弄。
    • 6.6、擀成薄饼,准备下锅煎。
    • 7.7、平底锅倒入少量油,待锅微热的时候,放入饼,小火煎至两面金黄即可,热乎乎,美味的葱油饼就做好了。
