Steps to make 可可蛋糕卷

  • 1.准备材料;
  • 2.蛋黄加糖打发;
  • 3.蛋白分三次加糖打发;
  • 4.烤箱200度开始预热,蛋白、蛋黄分两次混合均匀,筛入低粉和可可粉;
  • 5.沿着刮刀倒入玉米油,快速翻拌均匀;
  • 6.将蛋糕糊倒入提前铺了油纸的烤盘中,抹平;
  • 7.入炉烘烤12分钟左右出炉,将蛋糕铺在烤网上晾凉,并撕去油纸;
  • 8.此时淡奶油加糖,打至浓稠不流动的状态,待蛋糕冷却至室温时,均匀涂抹蛋糕表面,尾部留3CM不要涂;
  • 9.将蛋糕从涂奶油的一侧卷起,用油纸裹住蛋糕卷,两头拧成糖果状,放冰箱冷藏两小时以上;
  • 10.切块,即可享用。
