芝士番茄面包
这是一款芝香番茄面包,小子想吃披萨,可是家里根本无其它能配的时蔬菜了,披萨在我心里总是那么的丰富多料,你说要是将它玩坏,会影响后面烘焙的心情呢。于是我跟小子说做个类似于披萨的面包可不可以。小子的回答是可以。因为他对新鲜的名字都是那么的喜欢,标准的敢试敢吃型的小吃货呢。我也网上找了一下相对应的菜谱,然后就开始了DIY。成品是那么的让人心态,第一个品尝它的人是娃爸,他一吃就说:“呀,这是披萨面包吗,还拉丝。”看样子这也算是小成功了,待我再次备齐材料后,我就给我家小子做一个真正的披萨。送上先喜欢的朋友们也可以参考一下,味道还不错哦。

Steps to make 芝士番茄面包

  • 1.备如图所用材料。
  • 2.将醒发好的面团分割好。
  • 3.装入模具中,放至温湿处醒发。
  • 4.将醒发好的面团入预热好的烤箱,175度烤制10分钟。
  • 5.将烤制好的面包出烤箱。
  • 6.刷上番茄酱。
  • 7.再码上番茄片及芝士,再加少许的山楂条点缀一下。
  • 8.再入烤箱175度,烤制10分钟即可。
  • 9.这样子一份芝士番茄面包就完成了。
