    • 1.材料图。。
    • 2.将鱼头鱼骨洗净斩件,炒锅倒油,先炸两片姜,再下入鱼骨煎香。
    • 3.煎至两面都变色
    • 4.胡萝卜切块,豆芽洗净,小葱打结,姜切片。。
    • 5.汤锅水烧开后,下入煎好的鱼头,下入蔬菜,大火烧开后转小火炖四十分钟。
    • 6.荆芥洗净备用。
    • 7.鱼汤将好时下入荆芥,加盐和胡椒粉调味。
    • 8.出锅上桌,喝吧
