Steps to make 酱油鸡

  • 1.鸡腿泡出血水后洗净 。

  • 3.加入洋葱、香菜、适量食盐,小火煮10分钟。
  • 4.关火浸泡2个小时,捞出晾凉定型,取适量酱汁煮至浓稠备用。
  • 5.鸡腿剁小摆盘,淋入酱汁,装饰一下,美味既成。
