紫薯糯米卷是一道小吃,是由紫薯泥与糯米粉制作而成的,紫色与白色相间,口感软糯香甜。

Steps to make 紫薯糯米卷

  • 1.调匀糯米浆。
  • 2.大火蒸30分钟。
  • 3.蒸熟的糯米粉晾一会趁热加入20g黄油。
  • 4.将黄油反复揉搓均匀(大约(10分钟)。
  • 5.紫薯蒸熟搓成泥状。
  • 6.再过细筛使紫薯馅细腻均匀。
  • 7.紫薯全部过滤完成。
  • 8.将紫薯泥覆膜擀成薄厚均匀的片状。
  • 9.将熟玉米淀粉撒在面案上做为手粉,糯米团擀成薄厚均匀的片,放入紫薯泥片铺好。
  • 10.切去四周多余部分。
  • 11.从上往下将其卷起。
  • 12.准一根线绳,系在一侧,交叉一系切去多余部分。
  • 13.线绳相当于刀切,但刀易粘、线切就会很完美。
  • 14.切好的紫薯糯米卷装盘,成品漂亮、颜色美观。
  • 15.口感软糯,香甜可口。
