我们家是海边人,所以很喜欢吃海鲜,有次出门看到花甲粉,以为很好吃,去吃了一次再也不吃了,花甲少得可怜,而且又不新鲜,汤里没有一点鲜味,除了咸还是咸。还不如自己做来的方便。

  • 1.准备所有材料
  • 2.花甲买回来吐沙1小时以上(水里放盐和油),然后清洗干净。
  • 3.粉丝清水浸泡半小时
  • 4.将蒜剁成蒜蓉,放锅里爆炒金黄色起锅待用。
  • 5.锡纸围在碗里做成一个碗的形状。
  • 6.将洗干净的花甲放入。依次放入蚝油、酱油、葱头、姜片、蒜泥,倒入一碗清水。
  • 7.将锡纸移至电陶炉大火烧开,直至花甲开口。
  • 8.放入粉丝和金针菇
  • 9.封口收紧焖15分钟
  • 10.熟了以后撒入葱花即可开吃啦!
