奶香绿豆糕

Steps to make 奶香绿豆糕

  • 1.绿豆提前浸泡24小时以上。双手搓皮,然后利用浮力原理,把绿豆皮洗掉。
  • 2.绿豆放入蒸锅里,大火蒸40-60分钟。

  • 4.蒸熟的绿豆,用勺子按压成泥状。

  • 6.准备好黄油,麦芽糖(转化糖浆),炼奶(忘记拍照了)
  • 7.全程小火,先把黄油慢慢加热,融化。

  • 9.倒入绿豆泥,翻炒。
  • 10.炒至绿豆泥有点点干时,加入麦芽糖翻炒。
  • 11.然后加入炼奶,炒至可以报团,如图所示,关火。
  • 12.等绿豆泥凉透,用模具按压成型。
  • 13.奶香奶香的绿豆糕做好了,好吃不腻,快试试做吧!

  • 15.吃不完的用盒子装起来,放冰箱冷藏保鲜。因为是无添加的,尽量3-5内吃完!
