Steps to make 欧式蔓越莓饼干

  • 1.准备好黄油60克、鸡蛋30克、蔓越莓干36克、饼干预拌粉123克、糖粉58克。
  • 2.将蔓越莓干切碎备用
  • 3.黄油切小丁软化以后加入糖粉拌匀
  • 4.分次加入30克鸡蛋液拌匀
  • 5.加入饼干预拌粉拌匀
  • 6.加入切碎的蔓越莓干
  • 7.搅拌均匀
  • 8.将拌好的面糊放入铺好保鲜膜的模子内放入冰箱冷冻半小时
  • 9.冷冻半小时后取出来切成均匀的厚片
  • 10.摆入烤盘内,每块之间留些距离。
  • 11.放入上火180度下火150度预热好的烤箱内烤制15分钟左右,看到饼干都上色就可以了,千万别糊了。
