Steps to make 全麦面包

  • 1.将全部材料放入面包桶,启动和面程序揉面10分钟揉成光滑的面团
  • 2.启动发酵模式,时间为1小时30分钟
  • 3.发酵结束后取出面团
  • 4.揉匀排气,分割为两份,醒15分钟
  • 5.用擀面杖将面团擀成长形面皮
  • 6.再从一边慢慢卷起
  • 7.卷好后再进行一次发酵,38度,40分钟
  • 8.发酵好的面团放入预热好的烤箱,200度,烤20分钟左右
  • 9.烤至表面金黄即可
