草莓又快下市了,从最初的十几元一斤到现在十元四斤,今年的草莓真是吃得够够的。赶紧做上几瓶草莓酱慢慢品味草莓的香甜滋味。熟透的草莓香甜诱人,比起十几元一斤的时候味道要浓郁得多,但是现在正是脆皮甜瓜和大樱桃上市的时候,草莓就被打入了冷宫,价格一降再降。每年这个时候都会做上一些草莓酱送给亲戚朋友,好做又好吃。今天特意记了下熬煮的时间,一共花了15分钟,怎么样,速度很快吧?如果你家里正好也有大口径不沾平底锅,那就赶快试试吧。(我们一家都喜欢带颗粒的草莓酱,如果您喜欢细腻的口感,可以先在搅拌机里打成泥再熬煮)

Steps to make 又见草莓酱~~~十五分钟熬出草莓酱

  • 1.草莓洗净,大颗粒的切开,放入100克白砂翻拌均匀后,放入冰箱冷藏室糖腌制一个晚上。第二天会腌出很多水来,倒出部分汁水出来。(我倒出半玻璃杯,兑上水很好喝哦)将草莓倒入不沾平底锅,温度调至200度烧开。
  • 2.升温过程中挤柠檬汁,大柠檬半个就够了。
  • 3.温度一直保持在180度或者200度的样子,要不停地搅拌。(由于火力比较大,熬煮的过程中草莓汁容易溅出来,最好系上围裙,电磁炉四周用报纸挡住)
  • 4.熬煮到汤汁收得差不多,草莓酱变浓稠时加入柠檬汁。
  • 5.再煮几分钟就可以出锅。
  • 6.瓶子要提前洗干净,用滚开的水烫一烫,放入烤箱烘干备用。趁热将草莓酱放入瓶中,封好口,倒扣,放凉后就可以放入冰箱冷藏保存。
