Steps to make 巧克力奶油蛋糕

  • 1.把鸡蛋的蛋清和蛋黄分开,蛋黄加入200克糖,牛奶,色拉油,盐,面粉调和成细腻的面糊,蛋清和400克糖一起打发和面糊和在一起成蛋糕糊。
  • 2.烤盘刷油,把蛋糕糊倒入烤盘中。
  • 3.放入150°C的烤箱中烤熟,反扣过来。修去边角,放凉。
