孜然醉排骨

  • 干淀粉3粒
  • 红烧汁1茶匙

Steps to make 孜然醉排骨

  • 1.将大葱切成段,生姜切片。
  • 2.排骨洗净后,入锅中汆水后捞出。
  • 3.准备好红酒。
  • 4.将排骨均匀沾上干淀粉。
  • 5.平底锅油,以半煎半炸的方式,将排骨煎至两面金黄。
  • 6.炒锅放油,油五层热时,放入大葱和生姜炒香。
  • 7.放入排骨翻炒均匀。
  • 8.加入红烧汁。
  • 9.倒入红酒。
  • 10.加入冰糖,加盖以小火焖烧。
  • 11.快收汁时调入适量盐,收汁时加入孜然粒、魔厨高汤翻炒均匀,关火。
  • 12.起锅装盘,即成。
