巧克力黑森林软曲奇

  • 高筋面粉30g
  • 泡打粉1/2小匙
  • 全蛋2个
  • 细砂糖100g
  • 耐高温巧克力豆125克
  • 核桃碎80g
  • 速溶黑咖啡1茶匙
  • 黄油30g
  • 黑巧克力225g
  • 香草精1茶匙

Steps to make 巧克力黑森林软曲奇

  • 1.1、材料备齐,粉类混合备用。
  • 2.2、黄油和黑巧克力隔水融化。
  • 3.3、水温不要太高,边融化边搅拌。离火后放到温热备用。
  • 4.4、全蛋液打发2-3分钟后加入细砂糖继续打发,打到泡沫细腻,呈乳白色状态。
  • 5.5、将巧克力酱,香草精倒入全蛋糊拌匀。
  • 6.6、倒入过筛的粉类用刮刀拌匀。
  • 7.7、最后倒入耐高温巧克力豆和核桃碎拌匀。
  • 8.8、我用的不是70%的巧克力,所有饼干糊有点稀,可以放冰箱里冷冻一下,让饼干糊边凝固一点。
  • 9.9、用冰激凌挖勺器挖出饼干糊,放在学厨9405烤盘上。
  • 10.10、烤箱中层180度,15分钟即可。
  • 11.出炉脱模放凉即可!
