鳗鱼寿司の花样吃法
寿司真的很好吃,在这么热的天气里,它算是我最爱吃的食物;沾上芥末酱油,一整个放进嘴里,然后细细品尝,那种充实感油然而来。

今天来用蒲烧鳗鱼做三种花样寿司,寿司最方便的地方在于选择多种多样,想吃什么做什么,又不需要太多的技巧,既有动手的乐趣,又能填饱肚子,真是棒极了!!

    Steps to make 鳗鱼寿司の花样吃法

    • 1.第一种:五彩鳗鱼寿司。
    • 2.材料:鳗天下蒲鳗,米饭,盐,寿司醋,黄瓜,胡萝卜,鱼籽等。
    • 3.在米饭中加入适量寿司醋,黑胡椒,盐,各色鱼籽,黄瓜丁,芝麻和胡萝卜丁。
    • 4.混合均匀后戴一次性手套,抓适量米饭在掌心团成团,捏实后在上面放一片蒲烧鳗鱼即可。
    • 5. 口感非常丰富,有鳗鱼的鲜,醋饭的酸,鱼籽的Q弹的口感和蔬菜的爽口,让人吃了还想吃。
    • 6.第二种:鳗鱼手握寿司
    • 7.材料:海苔片,醋饭,鳗天下蒲鳗
    • 8.将米饭加入适量寿司醋和盐还有黑胡椒,抓适量米饭捏成一口大小的长条形。
    • 9.在米饭上面盖一片鳗鱼,用海苔丝固定即可。
    • 10. 这种做法是最简单的,吃的就是原汁原味,整块寿司要一口吃下。唯有如此,香味才能完全相融,将整个口腔填得满满的,让那浓香的滋味无处可逃,在口中久久徘徊不散~
    • 11.第三种:鳗鱼手卷材料:海苔片,醋饭,黄瓜丝,生菜,沙拉酱等。
    • 12.将海苔剪成长约8-9厘米的长方形,在一边铺上薄薄一层用寿司醋和盐以及黑胡椒调味过的醋饭。
    • 13.将铺好米饭的海苔片卷成筒状,接缝处可用米饭粘好。
    • 14.在筒内放入生菜和黄瓜丝,挤上沙拉酱,再放入鳗鱼条即可。
    • 15.先把米饭生菜黄瓜鳗鱼放好再卷起也一样方便哦!
    • 16.鳗鱼手卷既清淡又鲜美,米饭与海苔包在一起,夹着黄瓜和生菜,一口下去,各种滋味在嘴里交融,既饱腹,又清淡好吃,一口气吃三四个不在话下。
