改良版“韩国泡菜”

Steps to make 改良版“韩国泡菜”

  • 1.准备大白菜一颗。
  • 2.将大白菜对切一分为二,然后切小条连着菜心头。用水泡洗干净。
  • 3.将洗干净的大白菜用盐均匀的抹在每一片的菜叶上(很少的盐哦)压一下,用菜兜盖着腌过夜。(目的让大白菜出水,这样泡出来的泡菜就很爽口)
  • 4.准备泡菜用的食材:红翻天辣椒酱,香葱,苹果片,蒜米,姜片。
  • 5.将所以的泡菜料放入一个大容器里,然后放少许味精(不吃味精的可以不放)少许糖和少许盐拌均匀。
  • 6.将腌了一夜的大白菜用水冲洗盐份,挤干水份然后均匀抹上调好的泡菜料。
  • 7.最后将抹上泡菜料的大白菜放入洗干净的瓶子里,盖好盖子,放入雪柜三到四天就可以享用了。
  • 8.三天后取出来的泡菜,辣脆可口。咸淡刚好合适。用来做饭前开胃小菜不错。也可以用来炒上海年糕,泡菜烧黄鱼也很美味哦。
