枣泥蛋糕

  • 枣泥80克
  • 黄油30克

Steps to make 枣泥蛋糕

  • 1.将红枣用水浸泡,水刚没过红枣即可。
  • 2.将红枣煮烂,冷却后去掉枣核。
  • 3.再将红枣连同少量煮红枣的水一起放入料理机打成泥,如果比较湿就用不锈钢锅或搪瓷锅炒一下。
  • 4.烤盘里铺好油纸。
  • 5.在枣泥里加入黄油和盐充分搅拌均匀。
  • 6.四个鸡蛋打散,放入红糖,加匀。
  • 7.将打蛋的碗放入约40度的温水中,继续搅打。
  • 8.直至蛋液十分浓稠,提起打蛋器,打蛋头的蛋液不会掉下、蛋液中的纹路不会立刻消失即可。这个时候可以预热烤箱。
  • 9.分三次加入过了筛的低粉,搅拌均匀。搅拌的方式仍然是上下翻拌,每次都要充分搅拌均匀。
  • 10.取一部分蛋糕糊与枣泥搅拌充分后加入其余的蛋糊中。
  • 11.充分搅拌均匀。
  • 12.倒入烤盘中,大力震两下。
  • 13.放入预热好的烤箱中烘烤。
