荷兰松饼
非常简单的做法,早餐或下午茶都不错。口感像烤牛奶,配上水果和酸奶,完美,要趁热吃哦。
此方适合6寸的圆形模具,我用的是7*5*2英寸的长方形烤盘,2人份刚好。

  • 低筋面粉55g
  • 牛奶120g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 5-10g
  • 黄油5-10g
  • 芒果1个
  • 草莓2-3个
  • 酸奶3大匙

Steps to make 荷兰松饼

  • 1.烤箱预热华氏400度(摄氏200度)。牛奶鸡蛋糖放入大碗里,搅拌均匀。(糖可以根据需要放,喜欢甜的可以多放,少甜的少放,甚至不放都是可以的。)
  • 2.筛入面粉。(低筋或中筋面粉都可以。)
  • 3.拌至无颗粒状。
  • 4.烤盘放入黄油。(也可玉米油代替,黄油比较香。)
  • 5.把放了黄油的模具入烤箱烤至黄油溶化。(把模具先烤热,就不会粘。)
  • 6.把面糊倒入模具。(此时搅不搅拌都可以,没差别。)
  • 7.放入预热好的烤箱烤20分钟。(温度和时间根据自家烤箱调节,小烤箱温度要调低。)
  • 8.烤的时候把水果切好。
  • 9.烤好出炉。
  • 10.出炉后会有点塌,这是正常的。
  • 11.放入酸奶。
  • 12.铺上水果和葡萄干。
  • 13.零失败,完美又养眼的早餐。
