草莓冰激凌
据说冰激凌最早是起源于中国的,但后来却成了西方的美食,其中缘由我是弄不清,反正冰激凌好吃,咱就做吧,哈哈。今天做的这款冰激凌,完全是为了搭配蛋糕,用它搭配味道浓郁的重磅蛋糕,那简直是绝顶美味哦。今天的做法也简单,没有用冰激凌机,而且直接把淡奶油打发后加入,冷冻的过程中也无需多次搅拌,而冷冻后的效果依然是冰爽细滑,虽然这个方法是俺自创的,但很值得尝试的做法和配方哦。我是全家人都说好吃,才拿出来分享给大家的。

  • 淡奶油250g
  • 纯牛奶250g
  • 蛋黄2个
  • 草莓果酱150g
  • 玉米淀粉10g
  • 蜂蜜50g
  • 糖粉25g

Steps to make 草莓冰激凌

  • 1.纯牛奶加入玉米淀粉搅拌均匀
  • 2.小火煮至牛奶浓稠,
  • 3.稍微晾凉后加入蛋黄液
  • 4.充分搅拌均匀
  • 5.依然用小火煮至将沸,但不要煮到打开,蛋黄熟了就行了
  • 6.加入草莓酱。我用的自己做的草莓酱,还有草莓的颗粒感
  • 7.搅拌均匀
  • 8.加入蜂蜜搅拌均匀
  • 9.最后把淡奶油打发
  • 10.加入打发的淡奶油
  • 11.翻拌均匀就可以装入密封盒冰箱冷冻了
  • 12.我是冷冻了一天后拿出来的,刚好家里来了几个大孩子,还没拍成品图,就被消灭掉了一半了。勉强给我留了点能拍成品的,等我拍完全部被消灭光。他们都说配了蛋糕一点不凉了,超好吃哩
