  • 1.酵母加温水搅匀。
  • 2.将酵母水倒入面盆。
  • 3.红糖加热开水化开。
  • 4.趁热将红糖水倒入面盆。
  • 5.快速搅拌成絮状。
  • 6.揉成光滑的面团,放温暖处发酵。
  • 7.红枣用开水烫一下。
  • 8.沥干水,切成小粒。
  • 9.小苏打和泡打粉混合,加入少量水调成糊。
  • 10.面团发酵至两倍大取出。
  • 11.将小苏打和泡打粉的糊倒入面团。
  • 12.再加入红枣碎,一起揉匀。
  • 13.将面团整理按压成长方形厚片。
  • 14.竖向分均匀切成三大条。
  • 15.搓成等长的长条。
  • 16.将三条摞起来,轻轻滚圆到一起。
  • 17.分切成段儿。
  • 18.切面朝上放到笼屉上,无需二次发酵。
