【黄金糯米糕】
有朋友要到家里来玩,说想吃上次我做的玫瑰糕,只是家里没紫薯了,我说做另外的吧,保证一样好吃。想想做什么呢?还得是糯米的才行,这家伙偏好这口。我在厨房里捣了半天,边想边做,终于捣出这款香飘满屋的糯米糕。

  • 红枣15粒

Steps to make 【黄金糯米糕】

  • 1.原料图,花生和红枣洗干净
  • 2.糯米用水浸泡3小时后沥掉水
  • 3.红枣和糯米分两层上蒸锅蒸30分钟
  • 4.蒸糯米和红枣的同一时间,先小火把黑芝麻炒熟,盛出备用
  • 5.锅内入少许油,继续小火炒熟花生
  • 6.取出红枣,糯米加点水搅拌均匀继续蒸30分钟
  • 7.所有材料都弄熟了
  • 8.把晾凉的花生放入保鲜袋(我用的保鲜膜)
  • 9.把保鲜膜折叠盖住花生,用擀面棍把花生碾碎
  • 10.红枣去核后切碎备用
  • 11.糯米蒸好稍放凉,取一能定型的容器(我用的是保鲜盒),给容器刷层薄油防粘,先放一层糯米
  • 12.接着放一层红枣,再放一层糯米,压实,把糯米糕倒扣在案板上切块,接着把花生碎均匀地撒上(或者用糯米块在花生碎里滚一遍),最后在顶部点缀黑芝麻装饰即成。
  • 13.切好的糕感觉薄了点,我把两块糕叠在一起,等于是一块糕有六层,看起来挺漂亮的,碾碎的炒花生真香啊,老远都能闻到香味,朋友说在门外都已经闻到了。哈哈!
  • 14.红枣够甜了,糯米没有加糖,喜欢特别甜的朋友可以在蒸糯米时放进一些糖调味。
  • 15.这是一款适合做下午茶的小点心
