高纤燕麦香蕉蛋糕
最近这款蛋糕是我家的新宠。已经做过好几回了,味道非常好。蛋糕还在烤箱的时候就能闻到诱人的香味。外酥里嫩,香蕉的清甜和核桃香脆的口感搭配得简直天衣无缝。由于添加了全麦粉和燕麦粉,口感比戚风要粗实一些,多重的口感带给味蕾的是全新的体验。味道真的是一级棒,好不好只有试过才知道。哈哈!

  • 中筋面粉50克
  • 全麦粉30克
  • 燕麦粉25克
  • 香蕉一根(113克)
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 绵白糖45克
  • 2克
  • 无铝泡打粉1/4小勺
  • 小苏打1/8小勺
  • 玉米油20克

Steps to make 高纤燕麦香蕉蛋糕

  • 1.将面粉,全麦粉,燕麦粉,盐,小苏打,无铝泡打粉全部混合均匀备用。(燕麦粉是把即食燕麦片用料理机打成的粉)
  • 2.鸡蛋加绵白糖搅拌均匀。
  • 3.再加入玉米油搅拌均匀,得到鸡蛋玉米油混合液。
  • 4.香蕉捣成泥,山核桃去核切碎。
  • 5.将香蕉泥倒入第3步骤的鸡蛋玉米油混合液中,充分混合均匀。
  • 6.将5步骤中的混合液倒入1步骤的粉类中,翻拌均匀。
  • 7.最后加入山核桃碎和熟黑芝麻,翻拌均匀。
  • 8.倒入磨具中。表面撒少许即食燕麦片。
  • 9.烤箱倒数第二层,180度50分钟。
