    • 1.把南乳、糖、水、面粉拌匀搓好成面团,并静置待发松
    • 2.发松面团加入食用碱后,搓至纯滑后继续发酵一段时间
    • 3.把发好的面团开成薄块
    • 4.把面块卷成长圆条
    • 5.把卷好的长面团分割成若干份
    • 6.把分割好的小面团压成薄饼
    • 7.用油把小面饼炸至金黄色时捞起
