凉拌腐竹

Steps to make 凉拌腐竹

  • 1.准备食材。腐竹提前泡发,剪成小段,蒜头剁碎,香菜切碎,小米辣切圈。
  • 2.锅里烧点清水,水开后倒入腐竹焯水。再次沸腾后煮1分钟。
  • 3.把腐竹捞出过凉水。
  • 4.拿一个小碗,把蒜末、小米辣、芝麻放入,再加1勺辣椒面和孜然粉。
  • 5.淋上滚烫的热油激发出香味。
  • 6.倒3勺生抽,2勺香醋,1勺白糖,几滴香油增香,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.把腐竹捞出沥干水分,装到大盆里,倒入调好的凉拌汁。
  • 8.撒上香菜。
  • 9.戴上手套,用手抓拌均匀。
  • 10.成品。又香又辣,非常好吃。
