一次可以享用4种口味,清热消暑绿豆糕
绿豆糕是中国传统特色糕点之一,属夏日消暑小食。这道外观漂亮,口感香甜,入口即化又清热解暑的绿豆糕。

Steps to make 一次可以享用4种口味,清热消暑绿豆糕

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.把脱皮绿豆放入容器中冲洗干净,加入适量清水后浸泡,放入冰箱冷藏一个晚上,取出淘洗干净滤干。
  • 3.蒸锅内加入适量水,蒸架上铺上纱布,把浸泡好的绿豆铺上,盖上锅盖大火蒸50分钟左右。
  • 4.(期间把蔓越莓剁碎,薄荷叶切碎)。
  • 5.把蒸好的绿豆取出,用压泥器或放入锅中用勺子拌压成泥。
  • 6.准备不粘锅一个,开中小火,锅中加入黄油化开,倒入绿豆泥进行不停的翻炒,让绿豆泥吸收油分;待绿豆泥炒稍微干一点时,把低卡糖和麦芽糖倒入一起翻炒,直至绿豆泥能抱成团后取出待凉。
  • 7.把绿豆泥平均分成3份,一份加入抹茶粉搅拌均匀,一份加入蔓越莓搅拌均匀,一份加入薄荷叶,另一份再随意分成二份即可。
  • 8.依次把各绿豆泥分成30克左右搓成圆形,依次放入绿豆糕模具(模具上涂抹一点油可以防粘)中压一下取出即可。
  • 9.最后可以用包装袋,装好放入冰箱,冷藏后味道更佳,自己吃或送朋友都很适宜。
  • 10.好吃又好看。
