  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 泡打粉1小匙
  • 黄油50g
  • 细砂糖30g
  • 酸奶60g
  • 鸡蛋1颗
  • 蔓越莓干30g
  • 白朗姆酒30g
  • 蜂蜜20g

Steps to make 【番茄配方】酸奶蜂蜜马芬——口感香甜又有营养

  • 1.蔓越莓干切成小块,用白朗姆酒浸泡30分钟。黄油切小块,于室温软化后低速打散加入细砂糖及蜂蜜
  • 2.先用手动拌匀,再中速打至膨发
  • 3.鸡蛋液分三次加入黄油中,每次需迅速搅打至蛋、油完全融合,方可再次加入鸡蛋液
  • 4.拌好后呈乳膏状
  • 5.将泡打粉倒入到低粉中,混合
  • 6.向黄油混合物中加入1/2的混合好的粉类、及1/2的酸奶
  • 7.用橡皮刮刀将混合物略拌匀
  • 8.再加入剩下的粉类及酸奶,继续翻拌均匀
  • 9.泡软的蔓越莓干用厨房用纸吸干水分
  • 10.加入面糊中用橡皮刮刀拌匀
  • 11.将面糊装入裱花袋内
  • 12.轻轻挤入纸杯内至七分满即可
  • 13.再在面糊表面撒一些蔓越莓干装饰,烤箱与175°C预热,上下火,中层烤25-30分钟即可
