藜麦,我第一次听说是从一本书上,查阅资料以后,知道藜麦是一种蛋白质非常高的谷物,但实际上藜麦却是一种水果,其蛋白质的含量超过谷物,必须脂肪的含量高于水果,而且藜麦富含矿物质和维生素,钙的的含量是小麦的四倍,是一种高蛋白,低脂肪,零胆固醇的“全能食物”

  • 1.大米和藜麦事先放入容器中;
  • 2.用水浸泡30分钟左右,开始淘米3-4次,淘米水便清澈即可;
  • 3.锅内放水,根据米的多少,水和米的比例为1.5:1;
  • 4.水开锅后,放入事先泡好的米和藜麦,开锅煮;
  • 5.中火煮15分钟左右,米和藜麦变成这样的事后即可捞出,金色的小米粒就是藜麦;
  • 6.锅内事先放好蒸米用的屉布;
  • 7.煮好的米和藜麦用笊篱捞出;
  • 8.平铺正均匀的把米和藜麦放入屉布;
  • 9.把屉布四角合起来,准备开始蒸米饭;
  • 10.大火开过以后,转中火,15-20分钟即可,米饭蒸好后,不用拿出来,放在锅里即可;
  • 11.这是米汤,蒸完饭以后的米汤,绝佳的滋补汤羹,俗称粥油;
  • 12.最后撒入果仁,芝麻,营养搭配在一起,就是营养翻倍,您学会了吗O(∩_∩)O
