粉葛鲫鱼汤
一到冬季粉葛上市,不少人喜欢买粉葛煲汤,其中粉葛鲫鱼汤就是我们广东一带挺受欢迎的一道汤水,它不但清甜好喝,还有除脾胃虚火、生津止渴的作用。粉葛切开,就能闻到清香的味道。而我们当地种植的粉葛,少渣多汁,清甜,口感非常粉。

Steps to make 粉葛鲫鱼汤

  • 1.粉葛去皮,切片。我这个粉葛是别人给的,好大一个,我只用了半个煲汤。胡萝卜刮去皮,切小段
  • 2.从市场买回来的鲫鱼,可以看到鱼腹内有一层黑色的膜
  • 3.这层黑色的膜一定要刮干净,切记
  • 4.将鲫鱼清洗好后,用厨房纸刷干表面的水分,用盐抹一下鱼身。多用途锅里加油,烧热后放入鲫鱼
  • 5.两面煎至金黄
  • 6.除盐外,其他食材都放入汤煲里,大火烧开后,转中小火煲1个小时
  • 7.最后加盐调味即可。
