红红火火——青椒回锅肉
既然是过年,就要吃点色泽鲜艳,喜庆十足的菜啦。香辣下饭又暖身的回锅肉来了^^

  • 五花肉250克
  • 青椒半个
  • 姜片4片
  • 1颗
  • 八角1粒
  • 豆瓣酱2勺

Steps to make 红红火火——青椒回锅肉

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.锅内烧大半锅水,下整条五花肉,姜片和八角同煮至肉8成熟。
  • 3.煮肉的同时把青椒切小细段,蒜切片备用。
  • 4.捞出来的肉用冷水冲洗,洗去血沫,放凉切片。
  • 5.热锅,不放油,下肉片小火煸香,盛出。
  • 6.这是煸好的肉片。
  • 7.洗锅,倒入适量橄榄油烧热(我特地放少一点油),下姜蒜爆香。
  • 8.下2勺豆瓣酱,加一点水,免得锅太干。
  • 9.下五花肉翻炒均匀。
  • 10.加青椒翻炒至青椒变色熟透,出锅。
  • 11.装盘。
