孔雀开屏武昌鱼

    Steps to make 孔雀开屏武昌鱼

    • 1.将杀好的武昌鱼清洗干净。
    • 2.葱切段,姜,蒜切片。
    • 3.切下鱼头、尾。
    • 4.然后背部下刀切成片,但保持肚子部分不要切断。
    • 5.切好后均匀的抹一层盐和白胡椒粉,放上姜片腌制20分钟。
    • 6.将切好的蒜头片、姜片、葱段平铺在盘子内。
    • 7.将切好的武昌鱼放在盘子上,顺一个摆条,摆成孔雀开屏状,开水上锅蒸6-7分钟,关火后不揭锅,继续虚蒸2-3分钟。
    • 8.鱼出锅后,淋上蒸鱼豉油,撒上小葱末,小红辣椒圈装饰。
    • 9.浇上热油,即可食用。
