Steps to make 樱花寿司

  • 1.准备紫菜1张。
  • 2.煮2个鸡蛋,把蛋黄留着备用。
  • 3.煮好的米饭晾一会,把2个蛋黄.少许白醋.少许盐.少许橄榄油和米饭一起搅拌均匀备用。
  • 4.根据黄瓜的大小来切,切一条三角形条状和火腿肠的粗细差不多的备用。
  • 5.把竹签寿司卷铺平,紫菜放上面,把米饭均匀的放在紫菜上,黄瓜.火腿肠按图摆放,用竹签寿司卷卷起来就好。
  • 6.卷好慢慢压紧,压出的三角形条状,这样才像花瓣。
  • 7.切好摆盘的成品‘樱花寿司‘
