  • 1.所有材料准备好
  • 2.软化的黄油加入糖粉,用橡皮刮刀搅拌均匀
  • 3.再用电动打蛋器打成顺滑状,分三次加入鸡蛋液,每次都要将蛋液与黄油糊充分混合后再加入新的蛋液
  • 4.打成体积略膨胀、颜色略变浅即可
  • 5.筛入低筋粉
  • 6.用橡皮刮刀搅拌成松散的颗粒状时,加入杏仁粉
  • 7.搅拌成无干粉状即可
  • 8.大号花嘴入裱花袋中,取适量曲奇面糊入袋中
  • 9.在不粘烤盘上直接挤压出花朵曲奇来,并在花芯处点缀上自制的草莓酱,入预热好的烤箱中,180度,中层,上下火,15分钟左右,边缘金黄色
  • 10.出炉后,置于晾架上晾凉,封罐保存
  • 11.可爱的花朵造型,真是越看越喜欢,夏天做的草莓酱也没有浪费
