Steps to make 自制番茄酱

  • 1.番茄2个洗净,划十字刀。
  • 2.在沸水中烫一下,等皮卷起后捞出。
  • 3.剥去皮,去蒂后切成块。
  • 4.将番茄块放进榨汁机。
  • 5.搅打成番茄汁。
  • 6.将打好的番茄汁倒入无油无水的锅,放入冰糖。
  • 7.煮开后转中小火慢慢搅拌,熬至粘稠状,挤入半个柠檬汁。
  • 8.继续搅拌2分钟左右即可。
  • 9.稍微放凉后装进无水无油的瓶子密封保存,放冰箱保存一个星期完全没问题。
