  • 5.水沸腾后,捞起来沥干备用。
  • 6.先放适量食盐把配菜炒至断生,盛起来备用。
  • 7.另起锅,爆香蒜末,倒入墨鱼爆炒。
  • 8.加酱油、半碗清水煮两分钟。
  • 9.倒入配菜一起翻炒。
  • 10.加入蚝油、酱油炒均匀即可。
